Rosemary is a great healer. Like lavender, it reduces inflammation, and improves circulation. It has great benefits for hair and scalp. When we feel any itchiness or dryness, we like to make a batch of rosemary hair rinse with fresh-clipped rosemary from our garden. It brings immediate relief, and makes the house smell amazing.
ROSEMARY HAIR RINSE

30 minutes OR overnight
I N G R E D I E N T S
Several sprigs fresh-cut rosemary
2 - 3 cups water
M E T H O D
Add water and rosemary to pot with lid. Cover, and bring to low simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes, covered. Let sit 15 minutes, and it's ready for use.
Note: If you have the time let it sit overnight, and the water will change to the beautiful deep red color seen in the photos. Either way, it should be effective.
